Sharing information with School

I have a little one starting school in September, he will only come to me in the school holidays and the first one will be February next year due to mum's holidays, so I was wondering what I can do to share any information with the school about his time with me etc?
Any suggestions please.

Once a child is in 10 sessions a week full time school we do not have to deliver the full EYFS.

The requirements state that we need to find out from parents and school what they want us to do to complement the child's care and learning.

So write up comments from parents and teacher ... make a few notes to share with parents about the 'activities and experiences' you will offer the child (that's a requirement too)... and make sure he has fun!
