Do I need to do a learning journey

I have a LO aged 3 1/2. She is at pre-school/nursery 5 days a week. I have her for breakfast on average 1 day a week and after school for 2 1/2 hours, 2-3 times a week. She is at nursery from 9-3pm every day. Am I expected to do a learning journey? Thanks in advance.

yes you will be expected to show some sort of learning/development file - whether you do that as an LJ or scrapbook or however else - its up to you

You will need to demonstrate that you work in partnership with the other settting (or you have attempted to)

the file will be reflective of the amount of time you have her....

As Pips says the current EYFS requires you to write a learning journey for the child.

It will mostly feature the child's routine, notes from parents and some photos of special things the child does with you.

Try and get some evidence of sharing with other settings in there too.
