Don't want any changes to my registration
I have just received my legal document regarding changes to registration for eight to twelve year olds. I do not want to increase my places and I do not wish to care for eights and over, so am I correct in thinking that I do not have to do anything or fill in the enclosed forms?
Why hasn't Gary Barlow come to my rescue yet?

I keep re-reading it - Under next steps it says you don't need to do anything else if you are content to accept the changes and do not want to increase numbers x so ignore the form it's only if you want to increase numbers

FOR ALL WELSH MEMBERS...
Hello there, my name is Emma Mackintosh on the communications team within Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW). I notice that some of your members are posting about the legal letter we've sent out this week and may have queries.
I'd be grateful if there was any way that you or a moderator could post to advise them that they can check the FAQ on our website - CSSIW | Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales - or they can email their queries to cssiwextnchildcareregulations@wales.gsi.gov.uk.
If they're having technical problems using the online form, they can call 0300 7900 126 for help between 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday or 9am-4.30pm on Fridays. Many thanks for any help on this.

XXXXXXXXXX
The ratios in Wales are changing to include under 12s - We have had our legal notification letters and have a choice to stay at 6 children but now under 12 or change (with planning checked of course) to up to 10 children under 12 (under 8s the same as now).
The letter is a little confusing in places.
