Thanks for these fab ideas! I have a 22 month old starting next week who is not keen on getting her hands dirty so these ideas are brilliant. xx

wow some amazing ideas. I have a 20 month old who still eats everything especially paint, and a 11 month old who is partial to soil! so messy play is quite a challenge!

Water and paint brush does a great job Also you could have spray bottle kids love it.

Zip lock bags and paint - I knew I read it on this forum, I was chatting the other day and was trying to remember the post made by jumping j regarding the buttons on wheels. Brilliant information I will use myself and pass on.

If you're on Facebook there's a group with lots of ideas https://www.facebook.com/groups/***************/
My little ones like weetabix, we start with them whole and can build things with them, greats for animal shelters and also small army people then they can be used when they are smashed up as well (and of course eaten....)

Tried the paint in zip bags last week and my 26 lo took a giant leap and joined in. Today we did finger painting and she loved it!! I was stressing and didn't relax thinking something would happen and maybe lo would have a freek out, can't believe the change in her. Thanks for the advice
