Paint Blowing?

which paint?...is it only powder paint..if so wherecan i get it as everywhere i try only to the ready made stuff

thats really spooky as Ive just come online to ask where Im going wrong as I cant get it to work properly and we are doing Big Red Bath pics today. I am using powder paint I got from Hobbycraft, washing up liquid and water but its not transferring the paint well to the pics

yeah i thought it was that combination too.
