Default Dear Zoo peek a boo boxes

The children love reading Dear Zoo and for the last 2 weeks i have used this as the basis of our activities. I decided to combine the idea of the animals in their crates with letting the children explore opening and closing of different types of containers. I made the different crates out of different containers from around the home and placed a animal picture inside each one. I am glad to say it was a huge success.

I thought i would add some pictures for everyone to see and use in their own setting as a idea for bringing a book to life
