    Default snails

I armed two 3yo girls with buckets last Friday after a heavy downpour, and we went on a snail hunt!!! They loved it...we found about 40 of the slippery things - pretty gross I know

I did that with my 2 neices a while back and they loved it - they had never seen slugs or snails as they live in a very hot area of Australia usually. I saw one of the girls crouching in the garden one day and when I went to look at what she was doing she was stroking a slug!! Her mum went mad but I thought it was quite cute

I relocate my snails from my garden to next door, the neighbour doesn't do anything in the garden so there is far more food there.

I've always taught my own DS to be kind to creatures and he's always loved making bug houses for all sorts of critters. However, he recently stayed at his grandma's house for the weekend, and has been taught to STAMP ON snails!!!!!!
