Just made them...they turned out fab....and massive!! Yummy
they look yummy,, wonder if you can use chocolate spread with them instead of jam as one of my mindees dont like jam,, or I guess i could leave them plain

I tried your sugggestion, I made half with jam and half with Nutella. The Nutella doesn't melt flat into the 'hole' like the jam does. It kind of stayed as a lump in the middle, the jam spread across the biscuit. I'll post a picture on my blog later to show what I mean.

We've since made them with lemon curd, they were so nice!
