    Default Snowmen

Since its snowy out I decided to make snow men this morning with my mindee. So easy 2 eggs and 4oz caster sugar. Plus things to decorate.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then slowly fold in the sugar. On a lined baking tray spoon out snowmen shapes and decorate. Cook on low for 4 hours and your done!

Ours are in the oven now and look great!

I tried these last week but couldn't get the meringue the right consistency, it just remained runny!!!! Not a whizz in the kitchen at all

you have to have whisk on highest setting and it takes about 5 minutes, all of a sudden it just goes!

I love cooking, and I'm so pleased I can just do it now. I worked in a playgroup before and cooking was always greeted with turned up noses and 'make easy stuff' which didn't teach the children anything!
