    Default Raindeer Food

    Hi there,

I am going to be making the raindeer food this afternoon with the children and just wondered if anyone had a nice ryme/poem we could put on the tags around the bags. The children would like to make some for their friend etc.

I have just made some of this for our childminding group party on saturday. This is the poem i used:

On Christmas Eve sprinkle this on your garden. The sparkly bits and glitter shine in the dark so I know to stop at your house and the oats feed my reindeer when I am delivering your presents.

    Love Santa xx

    hope that helps xx

Oats in a bag. Some people use glitter but birds can choke on them so I'm trying out coloured sugar

not sure why but this thread just made me cry...
I thought about the little kids with their bags out in the evening sprinkling the food hoping the reindeer will bring santa...

    How very sweet..I love it.
