Survey about Childminder Agencies

I have been asked by a student studying for an MA in Early Years Professional Practice at the Anglia Ruskin University if you could kindly complete a short survey for their research project which is titled "An investigation into Childminder Agencies and how they may impact on the professional identity of childminders".
