Under sub heading LOUNGE - mainly
Under sub heading GARDEN - currently, equipment

Lastly, I think you need to be consistent with your capitals. Some sentences you use them and others you don't.

This is not negative comments, just I feel spelling is important and gives a more professional look.

You've missed the r in registration

homebased missed an e - think someone else said this, not sure.
