One question though: what time does school finish where you collect from?
Just because you have stated that you close at 5pm but then your fees bit for afterschool says minimum of 2hours (i have acknowledged your overtime rate by the way, i am talking in general!). In my area schools finish at 3.15pm, 3.20pm or 3.30pm which would mean the earliest collection for a minimum of 2hours would be 5.15pm.
