    Default proof of payments

I have my own attendance sheets, where both myself and parents sign at end of each week for hours worked. On this i write fees for the week plus i give a written receipt. Is this enough for tax man???? 3 of my families pay cash, the other pays by voucher scheme into my bank and gives me cheque for remainder. When i was with NICMA (northern ireland) there was place for payment which parents and i signed

If you get an NCMA accounts book it has a section in the back. A page for each parent where you note down the fees each month and you both sign it.

You can still use the NCMA book and there is nothing stopping you joining NCMA just because you have your insurance elsewhere. Though if you do join you will find NCMA insurance is much cheaper then MM

I issue an invoice each month (just finished March's) and then money goes straight into the bank. For cash I issue a receipt for the parent more than myself. It is all entered into my accounts, even when not banked.

I do the same as Debbie issues invoices each month and all payments are made direct to my bank account - none of my parents pay by cash. The paper trail can be made via my bank statements if they need proof of receipt.
