This is available from the HMRC web site (a simple web page, not a PDF document which is probably what is causing the problem for you) - see here.

My NCMA accounts (which should be the same as the free resources) says.........

Heating and Lighting - full time (40 hours or more) - 33%
Part time (20 hours a week) - 17% of costs
Between full and part - (30 hours a week) - 25% of costs



Water - 10% full time
5% part time (20 hours)
25% for between full and part time (30 hours a week)

Council tax - The same as water

Wear and Tear - 10%
