Default Where do I put the receipts now?

I've just put all my expenses onto my computer spreadsheet ready for when I fill in my self assessment. What do I do with them now? I'm using the monthly folder I had them in for this year now.

Also, do I just put it all down. Its just my expenses were more than 2/3 of my income as they were start up costs and I was only minding for 3mths before the tax year ended, does that matter? It will be about £1000 deficit to carry forward to next year.

Put everything in that you can - the larger the loss the better for next year.

Once I have finished with mine I put them in an envelope with all other paperwork, attendance sheets, etc.. and put them in the roof.
