Default gas, electric, water and tax?

Hi sorry another question on expenses. I just wondered how everyone does this? do you work out your entitled percentage per week or do you say for example electric is £30 per month so take 17% off at the end of the month rather than divide the £30 into 4 weeks and work out 17% for each week?
    sorry if ive confused anyone

hi, at our session on tax we was told to do it monthly if that is easiest, its never going to be exact as yours hours might be different or you use more gas/ electric etc, we was told just to get is as close as we can aslong as we nit putting silly amounts through which would stand out its fine

Can you do it monthly when you get your bill through then you can do it on the amount it actually costs and not the DD amount?

I work it out monthly - but if you are billed 6 monthly, then that's fine too

I work 8-6 all week so it is easy to do. If this is your case just calculate the yearly total once at the end of the year
