Could anyone let me have a look at a template that they use for their invoicing?
I want to 'create' my own but I have no idea what kind of layout to aim for and want to make sure I don't miss any vital info out.

Mine is very simple... I refer the reader to dates and times on the attendance register (not a great fan of doing things twice!) and ALWAYS put a copy of my fees policy on the back...
I got my template and the wording for the fees policy from Bromley.
I use this one, I include balance from prev invoice and any payments since last invoice much like a credit card statement would look like.

I've never really got to grips with microsoft templates but that one looks great Michelle thanks!
Yeah that ones just like mine. I have adapted it slightly, added my logo & a couple of other bits.
Thats a really good link for you to use
I have struggled with this one too! But i think that putting your fee's policy on the back is a great thing im gunna do that in future! It gives them a gentle reminder what they pay and that if they dont, they get charged!!
I have yet to be paid for a day's work..... and Im hoping to be paid rather soon! I have been promised next week so we will see!! xx

That's a lot like mine although mine's only A5 size so I can print two off on one sheet, one for my invoice file and one for the parent.
I'm sure there is an invoice to download and print out in the members downloads if that helps.
