Working out tax when working with alongside

Work alongside another childminder in my house so I'm wondering how we will sort tax returns out? I started a year ago today (my 1st birthday

I guess then as all of the expenses are yours that you would do you accounts exactly the same as if you childminded on your own - your income is just your key children and all of the expenses go against your income. The other childminder though will have to pay tax on ALL of her income other than any courses she attends or registration fees that she pays for. I know some childminders who work alongside another childminder in one house have formed a partnership and just share out the income, less expenses at the end of the month - it doesn't seem very fair that you pay for everything.
