ARRRGGGHHHH! tax rant!

After sending mine and my hubbys tax return off together , in the same envelope , hubby had hid bill weeks ago and I had nothing. I rang them up for a very unhelpful woman to tell me they had not received mine
I am now trying to do it online, like I did last year no problem, however I can't even access the page as 'Access is denied' GRRR! I had the same problem when I tried months ago and gave up and done it on paper instead. I have my ID, and password . ITS DRIVING ME MAD! not what I had planned for my Sunday
so I will try ringing them tomorrow if i get a spare/quite minute , which I doubt I will.
Rant over.
