Receipts & childcare vouchers

When writing receipts for those paid for by vouchers do you put you recived the money from the parent or the voucher company on the receipt? In my bank account it shows from the company with parents name as reference.

Same here. I write the child's name, parents' names & how much & how the money was paid. If it's paid via a voucher company & put that.

I put how much was paid by voucher, bank transfer, cheque or cash as some parents use a mixture to pay - I have 4 separate headings for the amounts paid and then a total figure paid at the bottom.

All monies otherwise go into my bank account and I can prove a paper trail

I don't do receipts either, just invoices. Parents can use a variety of methods to pay to make up the full amount but I only give receipts for cash because payments straight into the bank (either by voucher scheme or parent) are easy to prove.
