Hi got my first graded inspection next Monday and just wondered how everyone else informed their parents? Do you just tell them or write a letter to them?

I would normally put a4 note to day Ofsted inspection & date ... I would also tell parents or if you do a daily diary or parent information sheet. Good luck.

I would give them a questionnaire to complete to share with the inspector... and ask them to do it quickly!!

Good luck :D

I just told my parents at drop off/pick up about my inspection - my inspector also asked for references from the parents, which they were all happy to write for me

My parents all knew I was overdue so as soon as I said "I had a call today" they all knew what was coming next  ask them politely if they would be willing to provide a short reference when you tell them  xx

I just told them. I do feedback forms randomly throughout the year so had them all reasonably up to date.

I gave them all a letter and asked them to sign to say they'd been told about the inspection!

Some wrote references for the inspector too.

Miffy xx
