was amazed how easy this was having wanted to do it for months so am sharing it for other comp dinos out there.

save your pic on a file in your comp
go to tinypics.com
click on 'post a pic to a forum'
upload your pic where it says
go to the yellow little box at the top right of the 'reply to thread' box where it says 'insert image'
paste the url they give you (NB delete the http::// the forum gives you first)
