My childminder friend is due her inspection in June and has asked me if Ofsted will come to inspect her with the new EYFS being released to start in September, she thinks it will be next year when they come but I wasn't sure?

Any advice for me to tell her?

Has she already had an EYFS inspection?

I read somewhere (probably on here) that Ofsted may not inspect again if they have already conducted an Eyfs inspection

Our network co-ordinator has told her it will be June 2013 but she wanted to be sure

I was told that if you have already been inspected under EYFS, it is unlikely that you'll be inspected again until after September. BUt then it could be anytime, not necessarily a year late.
