A friend's lo recently hit another child at preschool. The preschool took a photo of the hand print on the other child.
I didn't think we were allowed to take photo's like this, thought we had to detail the incident in writing and mark on a drawing where the 'damage' was.
Or am I wrong?

I was under the impression we weren't allowed to take photos of an injury.
It's different if your taking a general photo of the child and the injury can be seen, but I thought there were rules about photographing the injury itself.
You could double check with ofsted.
