Quick question.

I voluntary run a toddler group once a week as well as being a childminder.
Would you put this in your SEF or not? If yes should I start getting feed back from parents/carers who use this group?

If you can show the benefits to the children of what you do... and how you make sure they are your priority while you are there... and that it doesn't take up time that you would otherwise spend with the childminded children...

Then yes I would say the positives outweigh the negatives and I would put it as community involvement :D

I only mind one child on the Tuesday morning I run the group, and she comes first.
Just think it might be nice to get feedback from outsiders who see the person I am during my working day...........as parents of the minded children are at work and dont see the real me.
