The reason I ask is because I know another childminder who gave me some advice when I set up but I've just been on the ofsted website to see if they put any details about your pre reg inspection on there and thought I'd have a look at her latest ofsted report but she's not on there!!!??? Can you choose not to be listed??

If you have been inspected by Ofsted (full inspection, not pre-reg) then you will be on the Ofsted website.

If you are new, pre-reg or not yet inspected I don't think you get a page just yet.

Try searching by postcode... something might come up.

Every Ofsted regestered cm is on there it just comes up with your conditions of regestration, your Ofsted regestration no and what you are regestered as so childminder, childminder/home childcarer or home childcarer. I was on there from the 10th oct 11 (regestration date) xx

Try finding yours see if if comes up they may be a little slow what with new eyfs changes, tons of inspections to get through ect x

I don't believe you can withhold your details as Ofsted have to publish everyone's inspection reports

My reg details went 'live' within a week of being registered but only shows my conditions at the moment

Has she moved recentlyish - if so she may still be listed under another postcode.
