Hi all, can anyone tell me which of the safeguarding training is compulsory?

Here you have to do level1/introductory and for accredited childminders it's level 2.for nurseries it's level 3

I did level 1 in 2008 and level 2 last year, today another minder said we have to re-do both levels every 3 years, I knew this was the case for level 2 but not level 1. Im panicing now! x
