Hello. Not sure if this is the right place to post but I was wondering is anybody knows if there is a template risk assessment form that I can download and use? If so, is it ok just to just it or are you meant to make your own? I would like to do some tonight when my DD goes to bed, so I can have some to show the inpector at my pre reg tomorrow. Really want to make a good impression :)

Have at look at the Bromley Childminding site. It's got some sample ones and a template to use. :)
