Hey a quick question. I have 2 children on my books who I look after on different days. I have my own children a 2 year old and a 4 year old so am only allowed one under 5 a day. One of my mums wants to change hours slightly which would mean I would have the 2 mindees at the same time for about an hour. Would Ofsted agree to this? How do I go about it? Any advice thanks. xx

You should be approved for that as it will be continuation of care. Ring Ofsted and ask them to send you a variation form. I have applied for two different variations recently and they sent me two different forms to complete....good luck:thumbsup:
