Well it's come....the phonecall, and on my birthday :rolleyes:

They've given me four dates over the next 2 weeks. I'm going to get some parent questionnaires out on Monday.

I gave one out last march so I don't know whether to go for a multiple choice type one I.e how would you rate the care 1-5.
Or just give them a sheet with a box to write a few sentences

Hope your parents are better than mine at sending back their questionnaires, I had no replies at all from mine - will have to keep chasing as want them as evidence for the dreaded Mrs O!!

Parent questionaires? Is that for your 2nd inspection? What if they dont return them? Ive got one parent who loses everything i give them.

I didn't bother with questionnaires this time, I just asked parents to put anything they wanted to say about me in writing to the inspector - you could always email or phone parents to ask them to do the same.
