After you've filled out a health record (ie asthma med) or an accident form or a record of concern do you keep a separate copy for yourself too or put them all in the child's file (and give parents a copy) wondering what Ofsted will be expecting

I photocopy and give parents a copy - and put the original in the child's file :D
