As in two names on contract, permissions and even ' all about me ' as I am using the five page book from CMM that can easily be split.

No each child is individual so has to have their own set of forms/folder/lj etc

MM contracts allow for you to put more than one child on each contract but do be clear in the hours sections which child is booked in for which hours.
Permissions, if its the same family I see no reasons why mum cannot sign 'I give permission for Daisy and James (for example) to use the large play equipment or i give permission for my child/children names.... and .... to do xyz.
All about me and files and folders need to be done individually really.

I read someone's Ofsted Report recently where they were pulled up on not using seperate forms for siblings.

While I'm on thus thread - do both parents have to sign each form or cam one sign for both? Sons of my parents are not here but come and go ie separated family
