I am preparing my consent forms for my 1st inspection, anyone know if there are any mandatory ones? I have suncream/ ambulance/ medical treatment/ outings. any help/ advice would be appreciated!

You must ask permission for outings - by car, walking, public transport etc at various times of the day with or without parents prior knowledge.
