Have been trying to start my NVQ3 but my local authority have put a hold on funding. I'm really fed up now as I waited until all my other training courses were out of the way so I could have more free time (well free time in a fashion) to concentrate solely on the units.

They advised that there will not be any funding for some time but could not confirm when it might resume - not such a big budget this year.

I've been funded for all my courses - it's not on if yours has been withdrawn.

I would want to know why I'm being penalised when I'm supposed to be working towards having a level 3 qualification to be more professional in my work and I'm keen and enthusiastic to start... :(
