hi been reading through a few of the threads, and am finding it all quite scary, got my first briefing session in 2 weeks and am really nervous, not sure wot 2 expect, any tips. All the paper work seems really daunting, is it ok once u get the hang of it, thanks

The paperwork does look worse than it is I think so don't worry.

Once you've done the basics like policies and procedures and anything else you decide you need it's not too bad on a day to day basis if you see what I mean.
