Hi all,
Im currently a nanny but now iv had my second child im thinking of doing childminding from home.
I dnt have much room downstairs only a living room and kitchen so was thinking of having a log cabin built in my garden. it will be 4m by 4m.
Whats everyone think? Have any of you done childminding in a log cabin. How do you find childminding? do you struggle to find minders?
lots of help is neede so would love to hear your experiences. Thanks

I had a conservatory built for me... but also for childminding and I love the extra space it gives me.

However I'd find it hard to be away from the house I think unless you took everything you'd need with you - coats and shoes, telephones and kettle, running water and a toilet etc...

A friend used to childmind from a converted double garage (not sure how bit they are) and she had a loo put in but it cost her a fortune!

It might work for you but definitely research it carefully first :D
