I think I've worded that wrong! I've had a break from childminding, and I am now planning on returning - in this time my partner has moved in with me. I hadn't informed Ofsted - hadn't thought to as I wasn't minding. Do I need to phone them or just send in forms, and can anyone link the forms for me please. I saw the EY2 form on the Ofsted website, does he need a seperate CRB one too? Thanks

Ring ofsted and they'll probably email the forms to you.

I filled in the EY2 form and sent it to Ofsted they then sent me the CRB form to fill in.
