im new to this site and not sure how it works , but i am a childminder on the edge! i have terminated a contract and am now not sure if i did it right as i was so upset at the time Can anyone PLEASE help ?

Hi, I'm no expert but did you do it in writing with the correct notice period as per your contract? If you did I can't see that you have done it incorrectly. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will be along soon.

unfortunately not done in writing , done by text as it was a friend and she wouldnt talk to me . The family is well known for being violent so i dont want to add fuel to the fire so to speak by writing to them. They havent contacted me , but people are telling me that they are say allsorts on face book. Has anyone else had problems with childminding friends children?
