Please could you tell me which is the correct Parent poster to have on display.
Also, I am aware that a complaints procedure should be on display in my house - can that be my complaints policy or is there a specific one I need to use? I currently use my complaints policy but I don't want to be marked down for having the incorrect material.
Sorry for all the questions! I really do think I'm nearly there with everything now.
Thanks, Emma :)

My poster shows children playing with a parachute. The fire hats one is out of date.

I have also sent you an email :D

Do you have to have your complaints policy on display? I never realised that!

I have mine stuck in the front of a book I use as a complaints book which is on the hall windowledge during opening hours. Is this acceptable?

I don't display my complants procedure - the poster is enough information as it contatins the number. I had my inspection recently & this was fine.

I did make sure that all information, addresses & telephone numbers were in my complaints procedure policy though.

Good luck with your inspection :)
