Hi,

You need to have your Risk Assessments up to date and and your policies, read through your booklet, that is the questions they will ask you and you are able to refer to it.

Not everything needs to be in place, but you need to be able to explain what you will do and why.

My inspector wanted a tour of the house and for me to give her a run down of what I have changed/ will change and the reason behind it. Once that was done we went through the questions.

She was here for about 2 1/2 hours and it truly wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, she was coming on a Tuesday morning at 9 30 and I spent the whole weekend and monday cleaning, tidying, resorting and stressing!

I'm not going to tell you not to worry and to chill out because you wont lol!

I have everything crossed for you and I'm sure you willl be fab! :)

thanks for your replies! I haven't written any risk assessments yet? I'll get onto that now and go through my policies, its hard when you don't have any children yet to know what bits to do!

I paid my fees about a week ago and was told it would be 5-6 weeks, when she phoned up and asked if was ok to visit next week....errrr 4 days before Christmas??? not really!!
