Hi I am just about to embark on this huge file of self assessment given to me by my local network coordinator Red/Amber/Green rating. h

Has anyone done it and found it to be useful?

I have done a couple of similar ones over the years. I find any self reflection useful to a point... but I also find them repetitive and mind numbingly boring at times! :laughing:

Thanks Sarah, I completed it because she asked me to and it was vaguelly useful i suppose, but seemed to be geared to nursery settings :(

I did one last month. once i had completed it my do came for a visit and went through it with me. it is a long list but it does say of some things which has changed its name etc over the past few months/years. this is just to help you to make sure that everything is up to date. she may give you new ideas too.
i found it useful as i could see that all the important stuff was correct! and i only had a couple of things to change to make it up to date

Just another hoop to jump through! Still, it keeps do's in a job. :rolleyes:
