I would phone Ofsted and ask - they will probably want RA's for the new house and may want to visit.

i rang ofsted and told them i would be moving.
they said they would send me a new certificate and that i couldn't mind until it arrived, and to make sure i had RA and if i had any concerns to tell them!
however, i was working in my old house till 6pm on the friday, and needed to start work at 7.30 am on the monday at the new house, so after several phone calls, had it all sorted and it was on the system that i was moving and working and i was cleared to do so, even though my new certificate didn't arrive till the wednesday!
no one asked to see my RA and no one has been out to visit. i'm waiting though, as inspection overdue and i was sure moving house would trigger it !!!
