I'm thrilled to bits - I've just had my second Outstanding grade from Ofsted. What a lot of work, but it's all been worth it. The information and resources available from this site have been such a great help :)

Fantastic! Well done. Would you say it was easier or harder that last time? What a lovely Christmas you can have now!

I think it was harder this time, as I wasn't sure whether my obs and LJ's and next steps were at the right levels. Also, having got Outstanding once, it would be very embarrassing to explain to parents why you didn't get it the next time!
