Hi all!

Its taken me a few days to get on here but just to let you know that I had my first inspection on Thursday and I got graded Satisfactory. Only satisfactory I know but at least its not UNsatisfactory. Its all I wanted to achieve at this stage.

I had a nice inspector. She turned up 5 minutes after I arrived in from the school run but I felt so relaxed with her. She gave me such good feedback. Said she was excited when she saw my learning journals and gave me some guidance with them which she said she wasnt supposed to do but couldn't help herself! The only kind of downside is that I got graded 'Good' on all areas apart from my SEF which needed to be more detailed in where I am going, plans etc. If I had got a good for that I would have got an overall good which I would have been so surprised at! She said that the fact I got good for nearly everything was phenomenal and that it was fantastic that I had everything in place.

im now going to spend time doing extra things (newsletter etc.) and improve all the things that i already do to perhaps next time get 'very good' for some things but an overall good.

It feels so, so good. I can sit back and enjoy christmas now lol :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
