Hi everyone,
I'm a little worried about how I will cope with the general organisation of things once I start childminding. Do you have any tips? What do you do on a daily basis to make life easier?!
Thanks

For me, I try and cook/prepare food ahead so I only have to reheat or cook on the day. I also use my slow cooker a lot so I'm not needed in the kitchen and have more time for the children.
I also try and make sure I've got everything ready for whatever activities we're doing so I don't have to go and hunt for things (this doesn't always work if the children want to do something else).
For all the little ones I have boxes with their spare clothes/nappies/wipes etc in so I only have to get those out for the children who are there that day - it means everything should be close at hand.
I do a lot of things the night before - putting out clean towels, hoovering, getting toys out so all I have to do in the morning is get myself up and running before everyone comes.
Paperwork - I file in a big pile and sort later (much later :panic: )
Miffy xx
