hi there, need a bit of gudeince, my lcertificate say no more than 5 under 8 and of theese no more than 2 under 5,,, my litte boy was 4 yesrs when i registerd, so he was no 6.............................. he started shool this sept and also turned 5 in sep........... just wondering when i can get my crfificate upadted so i can have 3 under 5s instead of 2................................................. .................................................. ............................. also our own kids are definatly not included in our certicate r they?????? lo betta check

No your children are already taken out of your numbers so your certificate is As Well as your own children. I think you need to call Ofsted and ask for your certificate to be amended now your DS has turned 5.
