Just had my 1st Graded Inspection and received a Good. I got a good in all areas with a outstanding in deploying resources. She said that if I had been in business slightly longer (only been minding 10 weeks) then some other areas would have been outstanding too as I would have been able to show how my self evalutaion had improved my business and would have been able to show the progress that the children have made.

She loved my SEF (thanks Sarah707 :) ) and said as it was so clear she just needed to make sure that what I had wrote I actually did. She came at 10 and was all done by 1145.

My only recommendation was to improve my multi-cultural and disability resources.
