Yes I've recently (within the last week) made a facebook page for my cm business having wathced my news feed fill up with pics from another cm i know.

The response has been good - I'm using it to show off the activities and outings I do. I post photos of resources but never children.

I think it's good to get the idea that i'm always doing fun stuff with children out in to the public domain. You never know who might be looking for childcare in the future or who might pass your name on.
