Just finnishe my SEF, it took me 2 weeks doing at leats 4hrs per night. very pleased with myself, loged in to Ofsted to send it on line as I have a goverment portal then found my OST so thought i was going well. followed all instructions and then Ofsted said "Our records indicate that you are not currently allowed access to the service you are trying to enrol in" dont understant why? so I am now going to have to ring them up tomorrow. Not impressed at all.:( :( :( :( :(

Oh no!! Hopefully it's just a 'technical issue' that they will be able to sort.

The ofsted site was down the weekend before my inspection, so I couldn't load my SEF. I just printed it off and gave it to the inpector to read. She took it away with her after the inspection, it made no difference to my grade. She may not have read it at all!

are you due an inspection? They might have stopped you doing it because you are about to get a phone call.

This happened to me too - I called and spoke to someone who said it is a common glitch the first time you try to log in. I had to log out and restart my browser then allowed access! Not sure why they don't fix it if it is a known error.....????

if you haven't done so already ensure you back up your SEF to something like word and keep a copy on your puter - in case - you know they have other glitches :laughing:
